Entacmaea quadricolor This is the second anemone I've had in my tank. The first one disappeared. This is a bubble-tip anemone, which is preferred by the maroon clownfish. Anemones reproduce by splitting. This anemone split after about 3 months in my tank. Fortunately, both anemones have stayed in close proximity, so my clownfish hasn't become upset about who to service! I feed him a piece of shrimp about every 10 days or so. The clownfish is extremely protective of him and won't let any of the other fish near him!
