This is a maroon clownfish. He is in love with the bubbletip anemone and hardly leaves his side except to chase off fish who come too close or to find food to bring his anemone. I've witnessed him picking up pieces of sand in his mouth and spitting it out on other fish - punishment for getting too close to his anemone??
