Pearl Coral

This Pearl Coral may also be referred to as Octobubble, Bladder or Bubble Coral. This particular species has pimple-like protrusions on it's vesicles.

These corals require bright light and low to medium water flow. If the water flow is too high, they are unable to inflate properly. Care must also be taken when handling these corals to not damage the delicate polyps. These corals can also send out sweeper tentacles, so they must be given space.
